Made to Order - Each purchase will be made to order to your specification and so items will not be refundable unless the item is faulty in some way. In which case we would replace the item or arrange a refund of the cost of the item – depending on the individual circumstances.

Delivery – We aim to deliver the items to you within 5-7 working days. We deliver throughout most of the UK but if you require delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man (IM Post Code), the Channel Islands or for International orders, please contact us before you order to confirm a delivery charge.

Transfer to Canvas – Transferring the image to canvas is an elegant alternative to a glass framed print as it gives the look and texture of an original oil painting. The original image is printed at 2880 x 1440 dpi, which is the highest resolution on the market at present and is bled so the image continues around the edges of the canvas frame to create a sleeker look. A 9-colour ink system is used with 4 different shades of black to ensure all prints are printed with the most vibrant colours.
