When can I expect a response to my enquiry?
The same day if received before 6pm – after this time, expect a response the next morning.

How long will it take for my cart items to be delivered once I have completed the order process?
We aim to deliver the items to you within 5-7 working days. We will send you confirmation of your order with an estimated date of delivery. Once dispatched, we will update you again by email to keep you informed at each step.

Do you have a refund policy?
All items purchased from us will be made to order and to your specification. This means that unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit, we are unable to offer a refund. However, all circumstances will be taken into account should a refund be requested.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Delivery is free to most of the UK but if you require delivery for Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man (IM Post Code), the Channel Islands or for International orders, please contact us before you order to confirm a delivery charge.

What is a Canvas Transfer?
Canvas is an extremely heavy-duty plain-woven fabric stretched across a wooden frame. An image printed on canvas is given the look and texture of an original oil painting. The chosen image is printed at 2880 x 1440 dpi, which is the highest resolution on the market at present. A 9-colour ink system is used with 4 different shades of black to ensure all prints are printed with the most vibrant colours.

Why should my canvas image be ‘bled’?
We recommend that all images transferred to canvas be bled, meaning that the image continues around the edges of the canvas frame to produce a sleeker look. However, if you would rather the image was not bled, please contact us before you order.

Do you offer a personal Photography Service?
We do – for a race-day or for something more specific like your private car collection. We have no set pricing for this service, as all requests will be offered a tailored package – please contact us for more details.

Are the images available for Media Publication?
Yes - all images are available for publication. Please contact us for details on using the image and image credit information, as use of our images without prior agreement is not permitted.

What level of quality can I expect from Photo Enlargement?
All of our images are taken using the highest resolution possible and are suitable for enlargement. We use the highest quality FujiFilm Crystal Archive and FujiFilm Professional photographic paper, which both produce prints that are guaranteed fade resistant for 150 years! Fuji boasts their paper gives improved whiteness, combined with excellent highlight and shadow depth qualities, making it a great choice for all your printing requirements.

How can I get an idea of the resolution quality of the image before I purchase?
Under the Services menu, choose sub-menu YOUR PURCHASE and you are able to see previews of 6 images from our Gallery to give you a better idea of the sharpness of any image you may decide to purchase from us. However, you must consider that each photo is not the same and so resolution will differ but we hope the examples speak for themselves regarding the quality of the image you will receive.

Will the Motorsport-Stills Watermark stay on the image I purchase?
Not at all – that is a watermark to protect us from the image being copied without our permission.
